Short-form video

There was a growing need to deliver short-form highlight videos that users could quickly consume without disrupting their viewing flow. To address this, we designed a short-form video experience specifically tailored to this format, prioritizing fast and intuitive access to content, minimal interaction friction, and a seamless viewing experience. The design focused on enabling users to instantly engage with highlights, smoothly navigate between clips, and enjoy lightweight, immersive playback optimized for quick consumption.

Design Process

1. Initial design feedback to Product design

2. Design iteration

3. Final Proposal

4. Tokenize

Initial design feedback

These were the initial designs from the product designer. As the design system lead, I reviewed the work from a system-level perspective and provided actionable feedback to align the designs with established patterns and standards.

Design Iteration

As the Design System Lead, I evaluated the designs at a system level while also iterating on them from a product design perspective. I shared these explorations with designers to align on solutions and elevate the overall user experience.

Final Design

Tokenize

After finalizing the design, I handed over the finalized work from the product designer, and tokenized all layouts and UI elements required to support the design system.
